Joins go in the gaps, found by listening rather than by reading the transcript. When one cannot, it says which cut and where the nearest pause is.

Nowhere public, and the video file itself never leaves. Two things do. The sound goes to a transcriber, which is all of it, including the takes that get cut. The words, what you asked for, and a few frames of the finished reel go to the model that writes the edit and picks the thumbnail. Picking a thumbnail means looking at one, so those frames have you in them.

Until you delete it. Deleting removes the recording, the reels, the words and everything made from them, in one go and for good. The two companies above are on their own clocks. The model keeps what it was sent for thirty days. The transcriber keeps it until we are on a plan that lets us say otherwise.
