UnoTake Make a reel

What we do with your things.

You give us a recording and an email address. This says what happens to them, who else sees them, and how to get them back or get rid of them.

Who holds it

Not filled in yet. The registered name, address, company number and VAT number of the business behind UnoTake go here. This page is not finished until they do.

Questions about any of this, or a request about your own data, go to privacy@unotake.com.

What we take

Your email address. You sign in with a link sent to it. There is no password, so the address is the account.

Your recordings. The video you upload, and everything made from it: the reels, the words, the post copy.

What you bought and used. Your plan, how many recordings you have made this month, and what you paid for. Card numbers are never here. Stripe holds those.

If you join Earn: who invited whom, what their payments earned you, and what we have sent you. Stripe Connect holds your bank details, not us.

Your address on the internet. Cloudflare serves the site and logs the request, as every web server does.

Who else sees it

These are the companies that do a job we cannot do ourselves. Each one gets only the part it needs.

Supabase keeps your sign-in, on servers in Frankfurt.

Resend sends the sign-in email, from Ireland.

Stripe takes the payment and pays partners.

ElevenLabs turns the speech in your recording into words. The whole audio goes to them, including the parts that get cut out afterwards.

Anthropic reads the transcript and plans which moments become reels. The words go, the video does not.

We do not sell any of it, and nobody gets it for advertising.

Deleting a recording

Delete a recording here and the video, the reels, the words and everything made from them go, in one go and for good.

One honest exception. The audio already sent to ElevenLabs is not ours to delete. They keep request history, and their backups can hold it for up to thirty days after a deletion. Deleting here does not reach them. We are working on it, and until it is fixed this is the true picture.

How long we keep the rest

Your recordings stay until you delete them or close the account. What you paid is kept for as long as tax law says, which is seven years in Belgium. Sign-in records go when the account goes.

Cookies

One cookie, set when you sign in, so the next page knows it is you. It is not used for anything else and there is nothing to accept.

Your light or dark choice is kept by your own browser and never sent to us.

There is no advertising and no tracking across other websites.

What you can ask for

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop. Write to privacy@unotake.com and we will answer within a month.

If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to your country's data protection authority. In Belgium that is the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit in Brussels.
